Terms and Conditions for Phoenix Muay Thai Seminar Tickets
1. Ticket Purchase and Confirmation:
• By purchasing a ticket for the Phoenix Muay Thai seminar, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
• Confirmation of ticket purchase will be sent to the email address provided during the transaction.
2. Event Details:
• The seminar will be conducted by Liam Harrison & Andy Howson on the specified date, time, and venue as communicated in the event information.
• Phoenix Muay Thai reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule or venue, and any such changes will be communicated to ticket holders.
3. Ticket Validity:
• Tickets are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual named on the ticket.
• Tickets are only valid for the specific seminar and date for which they were purchased.
4. Cancellation and Refunds:
• Phoenix Muay Thai reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the seminar. In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will be entitled to a full refund.
• No refunds will be provided for attendee cancellations. However, tickets may be transferable with prior notification to Phoenix Muay Thai.
5. Conduct and Compliance:
• Attendees are expected to behave respectfully and follow any instructions provided by Phoenix Muay Thai staff during the seminar.
• Phoenix Muay Thai reserves the right to refuse entry or eject any attendee violating event rules or engaging in inappropriate behavior.
6. Liability and Waiver:
• Attendees participate in the seminar at their own risk. Phoenix Muay Thai THRIVE GYM and its staff will not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the event.
• Attendees may be required to sign a waiver/release form upon entry.
7. Intellectual Property:
• The content presented during the seminar, including but not limited to demonstrations, lectures, and materials, is the intellectual property of Phoenix Muay Thai. Unauthorised recording or distribution is prohibited.
8. Photography and Videography:
• Attendees may be photographed or recorded during the seminar. Phoenix Muay Thai reserves the right to use such images or recordings for promotional purposes.
9. Privacy Policy:
• Personal information collected during ticket purchases will be used solely for event-related purposes and will not be shared with third parties.
