Uncollected Items Policy – Phoenix Muay Thai

Collection of Purchased Items

At Phoenix Muay Thai, we ask all customers to collect purchased items (including gloves, kit, and merchandise) within 30 days of purchase, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Items can be collected during class times or by arranging a suitable time with us directly.

Uncollected Items – What Happens?

If your item has not been collected within 30 days:

We will contact you using the details provided at purchase
You will be given a further 14 days to arrange collection

We always aim to be fair and flexible, so if you need extra time, just let us know.

Failure to Collect

If the item remains uncollected after this additional notice period:

We reserve the right to apply reasonable storage charges
We may resell or dispose of the item

This policy is in accordance with the Torts (Interference with Goods) Act 1977.

If Your Item Is Resold

If we resell an uncollected item:

Any proceeds may be used to cover storage, admin, and selling costs
Any remaining balance can be returned to you upon request

Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

Provide accurate contact details
Arrange collection within the stated timeframe
