Children Up To 14 Years Please note that you must bring the following items with you:

(ALL CHILDREN Upto the Age of 14)

Must Wear A Body Shield.

Children Between the Age of 5 & 10

Years must wear 6oz – 10oz Gloves, 11 to 14 Years 12oz Gloves & All must wear Shin Pads (Boys – Groin Guards)

(STRICTLY NO HEAD CONTACT).

Teenagers & Adults

Gloves or higher, (Head Contact Optional – MUST BE AGREED BY BOTH CLUBS Everyone else should have 16oz or 18oz Gloves for both Men & Women from 61Kgs onwards, this is for everyone’s safety!

You must also ensure you have Shin pads, Groin guards for Men & Gum Shields. (Body Shields / Head Guard Optional).

Doors Open: 9:15 AM -Fights Start:- 9:45 AM

Booking app issues

We’re experiencing issues with the app for booking on that we are working with WIX to resolve.

Please update your app and see if it will let you book. If not, please message via the app to get booked in manually via the team if you can’t book via the app.

Please note that until the team confirm your booking, you won’t be booked on the class and risk being turned away if you are not booked in.

Please note that manual bookings mean that you must pay cash in reception for your session. No card payments are taken in reception. If you do not bring cash, you can’t train.

Do not message Kru Rick about anything to do with bookings, this need to be done via the chat option on the Spaces by WIX app.

Bank Holiday Monday Training 26th August 2024

On Monday, 26th August 2024, there will be a joint class for all ages from 7 pm until 8 pm. This means that both the adult class and the junior class will be at 7 pm.

Juniors, please book in via the app for 6 pm and come at 7 pm.

Adults, please book in via the app for 7.15 pm and come at 7 pm.
