The Importance Of Uniform

At Phoenix Muay Thai, being part of our club means representing us in uniform, akin to how Manchester United or Manchester City have their kits. Just as you wouldn’t wear a Manchester United kit to a Manchester City training session, we expect you to adhere to our uniform standards. Our gym boasts Champion-level trainers, upholding high standards, ensuring you receive top-notch training. Gloves, an essential part of the uniform, must be purchased from us or be red  if you own them. Opting for cheaper black gloves isn’t acceptable; you’ll have to use communal gloves until you acquire the correct color. Our Phoenix Muay Thai gloves guarantee quality, and our team can assist in selecting the right size (6oz, 8oz, 10oz, 12oz, etc.). For inquiries or further details on uniform, please consult Rach  directly. You can order directly from the website or fill out the order form and hand it to Rach. Thank you, Kru Rick Lewis.

Why We Don’t Charge a Monthly Membership Fee

In a world where subscription services seem to dominate every aspect of our lives, from entertainment to fitness, the decision not to charge a monthly membership fee might seem counterintuitive. However, for us, it’s a deliberate choice rooted in our commitment to accessibility and delivering value to our community.

Here are a few reasons why we’ve opted out of the monthly membership model:

1. Accessibility for All: We believe that everyone should have access to our services, regardless of their financial situation. By eliminating a monthly fee, we ensure that our platform is accessible to as many people as possible, including those who may not be able to afford a recurring subscription.

2. Flexibility: Life is unpredictable, and financial situations can change. We want our users to feel comfortable using our platform without the pressure of a monthly commitment. By removing the barrier of a membership fee, users have the flexibility to engage with our platform on their own terms, whether that’s daily, weekly, or sporadically.

3. Focus on Quality: Instead of relying on monthly membership fees as our primary source of revenue, we prioritize delivering high-quality content and services that truly benefit our users. This means investing in top-notch resources, technology, and talent to ensure that our platform remains valuable and engaging.

4. Building Trust: By not charging a monthly membership fee, we’re demonstrating transparency and trustworthiness to our community. We want our users to know that we value their trust and are committed to earning it every day through the quality of our offerings and the integrity of our business practices.

5. Community Engagement: We believe in fostering a strong sense of community among our users. By removing financial barriers, we encourage greater participation and collaboration within our community, creating a richer and more vibrant experience for everyone involved.

In conclusion, our decision not to charge a monthly membership fee is driven by our core values of accessibility, flexibility, quality, trust, and community. We’re dedicated to providing a valuable and inclusive platform that empowers our users to learn, grow, and connect without the burden of a recurring subscription. Join us on this journey as we continue to innovate and evolve, putting our community first every step of the way.

Kru Rick does not deal with booking enquiries

Kru Rick does not deal with booking enquiries. If the class you want to attend is full, please send a message to the team to request to be put on a waiting list and they will advise you if anyone cancels. Cancellations are offered on a first come first served basis.

The system doesn’t currently allow you to book 2 people in under the same email address/login on the same class. If you book one in on the system and pay cash in reception for the sibling. We make allowances for siblings in the classes but one must be booked in on the app. Sibling most have a medical form filled out.

Please use the same email address on both the medical disclaimer and the booking app, so the team can match your details.
