❌ “I’m too tired after school” – You’ve been sat in a chair all day. Training will energise you, not drain you.
❌ “I’ve had a bad day at school” – Perfect. Bring that frustration with you, put it into the pads, and walk out feeling lighter.
❌ “It’s the holidays, I’m taking a break” – Champions don’t pause because the calendar says so. Progress doesn’t take holidays.
This year, I’m asking you to show strength, not weakness.
To step forward, not step back.
To face the challenge, not hide from it.
Because Muay Thai isn’t just about fighting in the ring — it’s about fighting through life’s excuses.
Be stronger than your reasons.
