Kru Rick does not deal with booking enquiries

Kru Rick does not deal with booking enquiries. If the class you want to attend is full, please send a message to the team to request to be put on a waiting list and they will advise you if anyone cancels. Cancellations are offered on a first come first served basis.

The system doesn’t currently allow you to book 2 people in under the same email address/login on the same class. If you book one in on the system and pay cash in reception for the sibling. We make allowances for siblings in the classes but one must be booked in on the app. Sibling most have a medical form filled out.

Please use the same email address on both the medical disclaimer and the booking app, so the team can match your details.

Booking Technical Issue

We are aware of an app issue that is causing some problems to book on. We are working with the WIX team to get this resolved.

If you are struggling to book on, please follow the below stages:

1.Shut down the app completely and try again.

If that doesn’t work;

2.Go to your last booking and try to rebook from there.

If that doesn’t work;

3.Delete the app and reinstall it.

If you’re still having issues after all 3 attempts then please message via the app and the booking team will assist you further by booking you in manually and advising you to pay cash in reception. Please make sure you’ve had the confirmation from the team that you are booked on as you still need to be booked to attend. Please note that the same T&Cs apply and you will still need to pay for your class if you don’t cancel 24hours before your session starts and you do not attend.

DO NOT CONTACT KRU RICK LEWIS FOR BOOKING ISSUES AND ENQUIRIES.

Many Thanks

Team Phoenix
